Branding and motion

Logo animation, brand films, and motion graphics your site and your socials can actually use.

Who this is for

  • You have a logo and a name, and nothing that moves
  • Your social posts are still images in a feed built for video
  • You are opening or launching and want a moment people remember
  • An agency quoted you five figures for fifteen seconds of animation

The reel

Delivered0:15 · 1280x720 · 3.6MB
Brand motion piece for Renegade Burrito: the mark set in motion for social and in-store screens.
Concept0:06 · 1280x720 · 0.6MB
Launch moment concept on a placeholder roastery mark, straight out of generation with no hand finish yet. Concept work, not a client piece.
Concept0:06 · 1280x720 · 0.6MB
Brand moment concept for a boutique fitness studio, on a placeholder mark. Concept work, not a client piece.

What the work looks like

The same mark, four frames apart. The red frame is the one on screen, and the spacing between the ticks is where the craft lives.

How it works

  1. A short call about where the motion will live: your site, your socials, a launch, a screen in your shop

  2. Art direction first: boards and stills you approve before anything animates

  3. The animation itself, AI-assisted where that is faster and hand-finished where it shows

  4. Delivery in the formats each platform wants, and the source files are yours to keep

What it costs

The bands that apply to this work, with what each one includes and what pushes it up or down. Nothing here is a number you have to book a call to hear.

Time and materials

For work that genuinely cannot be scoped in advance.

$150–$185 per hour

What it includes

  • Weekly invoices with the hours itemised
  • A written cap you set, which I do not cross without asking first
  • The same engineer every week, not a bench

What moves the number

  • Rush work and anything that displaces committed schedule sits at the top of the range
  • Long engagements with predictable scope sit at the bottom

Ask for a fixed fee first. Most work can be scoped, and this is what is left when it truly cannot.

Questions people actually ask

Can you animate the logo I already have?
Yes, and that is the usual starting point. A mark that already works standing still gives the motion something to be about. If the mark itself needs help first, I will say so before animating a weak one.
Is the animation AI-generated?
Partly, and I will show you which parts. I use generation for the expensive-to-film material and finish by hand where craft shows: timing, color, and how the piece lands on your brand. The disclosure page covers how I label that work.
What do I get at the end?
The finished piece mastered for each place it runs: your site, each social platform in its own dimensions, and a clean full-resolution master. You own all of it.

Sound like your situation?

Twenty minutes, no deck, and a straight answer at the end about whether this is the right piece of work for you. If it is not, I would rather say so now than at proposal stage.
